My Awesome Dad.

This is Jearim Julian Dancel II

Look at him. His name fits him so well. He looks like he's a Chinese crowned prince who is about to make trouble with the ladies (which he did). No wonder my mom fell so hard.

He is one of the greatest people you will EVER meet. He's humble, kind, überfunny, diligent, generous, caring, and best of all, God-fearing. My standards for the guy I'm spending my life with is set by my dad so it's not gonna be an easy search.

Although I look nothing like him:

When we're together, you'll see that I am undoubtedly his daughter.

He has been through so much for my two sisters and I and I thank God everyday for blessing me with an incomparable father figure. He is supportive with me and my ever-fickle dreams and also very patient with my mishaps. Thinking about how much he had to give up for me still puts tears to my eyes because I know that he could be so much more. But this is also one of the reasons why I will try my best to give my parents the happy life that they should have been living for a long time.

No matter how far he gets, and even if I only talk to him once in a while, I have never felt for a second that he is not there for me. Because my dad's love is so great it surpasses time and distance.
